Well, my bio teacher told me that mulsce increases a hormone in your body which increases your metabolism meaning that less of your calorie gets wasted into fat. So don't judge if you're losing fat by your weight but judge by your clothing sizes. Jimmysmith is right, you'd want to do less weight and high reps so that u don't add extra bulk and gain weight. So do more toning exercises, you'll; enhance mulsce, lose fat and increase metabolism. A win win situation.

Not worth the money, instructor does not run formal classes. I was training for an mma fight with my girlfriend there, however we both felt that the instructor is a scammer. So now I rather train in my hometown in Hood River, Oregon. Not worth the money too, he charges 100 bucks a month, instead invest in gyms in beaverton :impact jiu jitsu, or team quest.
