Kong's is one of the oldest Taekwon-do schools in the area. The staff there is unpaid and teaches simply because they are devoted to the art and helping others explore it. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, but the instructors make sure that everyone works out and learns the art to the best of their ability. I've been here for years and love it.
